HOW WE WORK

We are pleased to offer you an easy and convenient way to submit your audio or video files for transcription. Simply upload your files to our DropBox account, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our team of expert transcribers will listen to the quality of the audio and provide you with an estimation on how much the transcription will cost based on the selected turnaround time requested. We pride ourselves on our accuracy and attention to detail, and we look forward to working with you.

Step 1

Complete our estimation form and upload your audio or video files to our DropBox. Based on the duration and quality of the audio or video, we will provide you with an estimation.

Step 2

Upon your acceptance of the estimation, we kindly request a 50% deposit payment.

Step 3

After the transcription is completed within the agreed upon time frame, transcripts will only be released once the full payment is received.

Please note: deposits are not refundable once transcribing has started.

However, transcription also involves editing out any unnecessary distractions, such as filler words, false starts, and irrelevant background noise.

The resulting transcript provides a clear and concise representation of the original recording, making it easier for readers to follow along and understand the content.

Full Verbatim

A full verbatim transcript captures every word and sound from an audio or video recording, precisely as spoken by the speakers. This includes all the filler words, non-verbal cues, grammatical and vocabulary errors, false starts, repetitions, and other such nuances of speech.

In short, nothing is edited out, and the transcript captures everything that was said, exactly how it was spoken. Full verbatim transcription is often used in legal or research settings where every detail of the conversation is essential, and there is no room for misinterpretation or ambiguity.
